Our Sürmene Factory
In Üzümlü Village of Sürmene District, Trabzon Province, on approximately 10,000 m²of land, the facility was established and began operating in 2007 on a current 3,000 m²enclosed production area where milk obtained from regional dairy farming is processed. The facility processes 20 tons of milk per day.
The facility produces butter, Kashar, village Kashar, Telli cheese, whey cheese, teker (Kolot) cheese, ayran and yogurt.
Traditional Village Cheese Production: The facility also purchases collected village cheeses from outside and produces various village cheeses (village Telli cheese, village Kolot cheese, village Tulum cheese, village Çeçil cheese, village Çeçil çökelek cheese and dried cheese).
Our Bayburt Factory
In the Central District of Bayburt Province, within the Organized Industrial Zone, the company carries out dairy processing activities on a parcel allocated to the company, with 10,064 m²of land and a 6,038.4 m²construction area.
The facility processes 30 tons of milk per day to produce yogurt, ayran, dried cheese, Kashar, Civil, whey cheese and Telli cheese.

Kahvaltı Dünyası Cafe & Restaurant
To let customers taste and discover our products and regional flavors, we opened our first store in Sürmene on the Trabzon-Rize coastal road under the name Kahvaltı Dünyası Cafe & Restaurant Kahvaltı Dünyası Cafe & Restaurant.
